Nelly Stein

Working in a library as an adult opened my eyes on how books affected people. I did not grow up reading books. Spent most summer days in our small town, walking and riding my bike with friends. As I grew older, I was busy playing sports and working at the local cafe.

The library gave me such a different view of life. Crazy to say. It was so inspiring to read a book and talk with someone to share interests and dislikes. One of the best feelings was recommending a book to someone that gave them the joy or peace they were hoping for. But also the scare or thrill of excitement too!

Sometime during my time in the library, creating stories started to penetrate my soul. My mind continually percolated book ideas at all hours, but mostly at night. After years of contemplation, wondering if I could actually do it, it was time. I was blessed to find an outlet and Nelly Stein became an author.
