Things in Q and Harlem's home had been fine; the kids were healthy, growing and doing well in school, and Harlem and Q were still in love. Although they both strived in their own careers, they've always tried to find time for each other. Lem felt things couldn't get any better once her best friend, Shayn, and her brother Tell moved to Miami with the family. But once Lem slipped and revealed a secret she didn't think she would have to ever confess, all hell broke loose between Lem and Q.
Not only had Harlem's secret caused trouble in her marriage, it had ruined Q and Cal's relationship. Confusion didn't stop there. Now that Tell was finally home and caught in the middle, he too was hit with a dilemma when he had to choose whose side to take. Harlem knew her secret had hurt Q, but she wasn't ready nor willing to loss her husband and destroy her family.
