The Death Squad

In South America they call it Mano Blanco: the Death Squad. In New York City they call it justice. At the stationhouse and on stakeout, in a guarded hospital room and a bloody executioner's chamber, someone is killing criminals--and their pals--in cold blood. Some cops think the killer is Sgt.
