Getting away from my boutique and seeing some old friends was exactly what I needed. I’ve been all about working and making my shop a success for so long, I forgot that it’s okay to let loose a little and have some fun. My weekend was full of fun, laughter, and witchy things which can’t possibly come true, but I wasn’t going to wreck anyone’s fun and say it out loud.
So, why when I get back to my shop do I have a new delivery man who seems to match everything I want in a man? It’s just a coincidence and couldn’t possibly have to do with the spell we all participated in. Right?
Even if I did conjure him up, there’s no guarantee Boone is going to stick around. Except he touches me like he will, and he looks at me like I’m better than a full moon on Halloween. Maybe I can trust him and give him my heart, especially since he doesn’t seem willing to get me go. Who knew a girl’s weekend could lead the man who is my future to me?

I liked my old delivery route, it was comfortable. I knew the people and what to expect, but the moment I walk into a little boutique with a lot of frills and bright colors to see Melinda, I know why fate has stepped in. Seeing her is like seeing color for the first time.
She’s smart, beautiful, driven and kind. If I had to pick a perfect woman, it would be her. I’m determined to show her how good we can be together even though she’s skittish.
I thought Christmas was the time or gifts, but I got the best one of my life for Halloween in Melinda. I don’t need a potion or a spell to get the girl of my dreams, she’s right here in front of me and I’ll earn her trust and her heart.
