Joseph Weissman is an autistic child suffering from abuse from a trio of bullies. When he records their actions on video, the district's zero tolerance policy makes him the criminal. Now facing illegal wiretapping charges, and the possibility of being taken from his single mother and placed into foster care, Joseph and his mother turn to Decker & Associates for help.

Decker's mission to make a big difference in the world through small changes is noble, but it doesn't sit well with every member of his team. Will Decker be able to hold everything together long enough to keep a young autistic child with his mother, and out of the system?
