White Oaks - A Town With No Law

White Oaks New Mexico Territory was in Lincoln County, where Pat Garrett was county sheriff. The only thing wrong with that, Pat’s office was in Lincoln, some forty miles away. Though Billy the Kid and his gang were long gone, rustlers, robbers, and killers haunted this rich gold town every night of the week.
Belle La Mar’s Little Casino Saloon is where dozens of them hung out. The No Scum Allowed Saloon just up the street was the safest saloon for locals that just wanted to have a drink and talk.
A gang of better than twenty cut-throat outlaws gave the only deputy one hour to get out of town, which he did, leaving the town with no law.
