Rose Temple worked as a journalist for many years before joining Hampshire Constabulary as a rural beat officer. Her time in the police force was often rewarding, sometimes challenging, and occasionally hilarious.Now 'retired' from policing, she splits her time between Hampshire and North Wales, and remains passionate about the British countryside.
