A novel by

Red, Blue, and Yellow. The three suns of a trinary star system bathed their lone planet in an ever-shifting colored glow. Stranded on the strange alien world of Amara, the crew of a starship reverts to Goffism, a new philosophy taking over Earth. Sherret, unwilling to adhere to the strict rotating leadership that Goffism requires, is cast out by his fellows and must journey across the planet in search of Captain Bagshaw's ship, the Pegasus, some three hundred miles away. His will be a journey of wonder and discovery as he encounters aliens and humans who have adapted to the strangely changing colors of this world. William F. Temple (1914-1989), an important early British science fiction writer, cofounded the British Interplanetary Society with Sir Arthur C. Clarke and helped to found New Worlds, the most important British science fiction magazine. His novels include The Four-Sided Triangle, Shoot at the Moon, and The Fleshpots of Sansato.
