Frankie's Dad

Frankie can hardly believe it.. her mum is going to marry Billie Small. Horrible pig-eyed Billie Small. Yeuch! As if that isn't bad enough, after the wedding they're going to have to go and live with Billie and his weedy son, Jasper, miles away from Frankie's friends and school. But things are even worse than Frankie expected. Billie turns out to be not just horrible but violent too; while seven-year old Jass is so pathetic Frankie almost feels sorry for him. Miserable and lonely, Frankie dreams of her dad in far-away Jamaica. If only he would come and rescue her.
