Set during the Greek War for Independence, "The Archipelago On Fire" details the story of the young French officer Henry d'Albaret's struggle against the villian Nicolas Starkos, and his search for his young lost love, Hadjine. d'Albaret's journey takes him through perilous seas of Greece, culminating in a desperate battle against the infamous pirate Lord himself; Sacratif. This particular edition is reproduced from English-edition public works, and is presented simply with an emphasis on straightforward presentation, attractiveness and continuity of appearance, with each title in the "Extraordinary Voyages" sporting a journal-style brown cover accompanied by a cover illustration and quote from the text on the back cover.
