Sergeant Corbin James was sitting in a cell after a practical joke went too far when the alien ship landed in Washington. They came in search of help because a war looms on the horizon. They requested the help of three people in particular. The fate of the galaxy might very well depend on an old rancher, a suburban housewife, and a certain Sergeant in the U. S. Army. That doesn’t seem to bode well for the galaxy.
