Zoe Cross feels fed up with family. She’s training sister Lissie to run her bakery. She’s hosting sister Chloe’s baby and bridal showers. She’s navigating a new relationship with absent mom Zora.

And now she has to prove herself to her magical family, the Witch Council, through a series of supernatural challenges, when all she really wants to do is plan her own wedding to hunky detective Sean.

When Sean loses a fistfight with an evil wolf-beast, Zoe must solve the mystery alone with a handful of clues and a scarcity of suspects.

Can Zoe summon enough witchy willpower to wrestle the wrongdoer to the ground? Or will the pressures of family, detection, and magical trials prove too much for this tough cookie?
