In Washington a high-ranking politician is murdered, whilst in Central Africa, a new virus is killing thousands of male victims. And on the internet, a group known as The Utopians grows in power. Is there a connection between all these things? Homicide Detective Ben Hicks, however, has his own problems. Meanwhile, Pentagon cryptologist Hunter McCormack witnesses the murder of a politician.
