Somebody Owes Me Money

When a customer of cabby Chester Conway gives him a tip on a longshot horse who romps home a winner, and when Chester tries to collect his nine hundred and thirty dollars only to discover his bookie has been murdered, it is the start of a sea of troubles that would make Hamlet's lot look rosy.
