A Gathering of Diamonds

Resigned to spending the rest of his days in a Louisiana mental hospital, Tom Logan changes his mind when he receives a mysterious object. The black diamond prompts him to deal with his PTSD and head north in search of his missing brother. Looking for answers in the college town of Brannerville, Tom meets a traffic cop, an attractive young woman who gives him a parking ticket. Amber Armstrong is more than a traffic cop; she is also a poet. An affair ensues and she agrees to help him in his quest to find his lost brother. What Tom finds in the mountains of Arkansas is love, adventure and retribution - and something else almost beyond belief.
