In response to this horrid reality, she acquires room and board at the Queensboro Inn, taking on the role of accounting and purchasing agent. She is a quick learner and finds that the Steger family is very caring and complimentary of her skills.
Cyprus is taking the reins from his grandfather, a well-known historian around the area. Determined to make sure that the Steger family adheres to all the rules to add the rehabbed Queensboro Bay Inn to the historic registry, he becomes a bit of a tyrant toward the family. He finally meets his match, though, when they hire a new purchasing and accounting team member. Anna is smart as a whip and not afraid to speak her mind. Cyprus may have finally met his match.
Will love be the common ground these two will find in the middle of all the bickering? Will Anna’s father finally ask her to return home or will Cyprus make her a better offer?
