Quill's Adventures in Crow Country

In this sixth Quill Hedgehog book, Mungo Brown has crossed the Windy Sea in Animalfolk Land to Crow Country, farmland for the most part. But a problem cropped up with the water supply which irrigated their ranches in the dry season. Mungo was up to his old tricks again and was draining the underground reservoirs the farmers used; then he tried selling them their own water supplies at extortionate rates...until Quill hedgehog and his friends were asked for help and they sorted out Mungo yet again.
