Matt Wesolowski recommends
Wilderness Reform (2024)
Harrison Query and Matt Query
"Wilderness Reform simmers with a veritable furore of adolescent rage infused with a rich vein of crawling terror. Its claws held me in a vice-grip until the very end. Genuinely unnerving, unfolding horror of the very best kind."
Fyneshade (2023)
Kate Griffin
"An elegant iron fist of a novel cast in tattered finery and soaked in velvet darkness. Its darkness cloaked me to the end. Magnificent."
Looking Glass Sound (2023)
Catriona Ward
"Looking Glass Sound staggered me; it enslaves you with a compelling beauty before delivering a brain-melting final blow. I'm still aching for these characters and overcome by this remarkable book. Catriona Ward is a writer like no other."
