March 1932:A MURDER; A MYSTERIOUS ILLNESS; A SECRET DIAGNOSIS: ARE THEY LIES OR THE TRUTH?

A man is facing the gallows for poisoning his wife with arsenic. While confirming the diagnosis, Dr. Fitzmorris discovers something eerily amiss. The woman’s jaw had disintegrated—and it wasn’t from arsenic. She investigates and finds that the victim had been using a popular tonic claiming to cure everything with its magical ingredient.

Dr. Maggie realizes such tonics are sold in abundance and nobody else is having such symptoms. When she speaks to the victim’s physician he reveals a shocking secret. Unsatisfied, she continues to investigate and soon learns that there are powerful people who will kill to keep the Diagnosis a secret.

But what is the truth? As Maggie races to uncover the real facts, she realizes that the arsenic poisoning is closely linked with the insidious diagnosis. And if she can't find the proof she needs, the truth will be buried with the victim and her accused husband.
