Andy's parents are gangsters, so they are holed up in a boarding-house in Atlantic City. But when there is a kidnapping, it is old Mr Francobenessi who is snatched. Andy feels she must rescue him - which she does, with the help of Marvin, a guitar-playing innocent she meets on the beach.
