Scion

Jolene Jericho is utterly ordinary. She has a mediocre job, few convictions, and little hope that her situation will ever change. Until the day she encounters a strange man with intense eyes that insists she come with him. He tells her, "It's time to wake up," and her entire world is changed. She is then thrust into the center of the Apocalypse and it is nothing she could've prepared for. Monsters of lore, demons and angels, and disasters of biblical proportions have ravaged the world around her. With her new companion by her side, she will traverse what is left of the United States, finding that her fight is more than physical; she is also fighting for her own faith and her very soul. The last shred of humanity lies in its most enduring legacy: hope.
