The growing conflict between China, India, Pakistan, and Taiwan is of the utmost concern, and the war between Ukraine and Russia has spilled into bordering countries. All that’s needed is a spark to set off the latest round of conflicts.
With all that about to explode around the world, the discovery of a meteor on a collision course with Earth still a year and a half away is not the greatest concern on President Alexander Crane’s long list of problems. But as the world holds its breath, waiting for that one last instigating event that ignites global conflict, the meteor rushes onward, only drawing the attention it deserves on a temporary basis.
