A relaxing job at an inn. The peaceful mountains and winter scenery. A chance to learn how to ski. Then the dead bodies begin to pile up.

This isn’t what Bridgett had in mind when she pictured their new home.

Bridgett and her husband take a peaceful job in the mountains of Bethel Maine to enjoy the winter scenery but that postcard picture vanishes quickly as bodies are discovered at the Norseman Inn, their new home.

The small village is rocked by the scandal and it threatens to put the Norseman Inn out of business. To save the inn and her job, she recruits a group of older women to help her solve the mystery. As her investigation makes a shocking discovery it sets her on a crash course with the murderer.

As Bridgett races to find more evidence, the bodies mount. With the killers close, Bridgett devises a desperate plan to trap them, but if she fails she may be the next victim at the Norseman Inn.
