This story was originally published in the fantastic anthology conceived and edited by Joe Konrath entitled THESE GUNS for HIRE. Joe asked me to do a story and I couldn't say no; perhaps, given the results, I should have. The story is meant as tongue-in-cheek as it gets despite the cursing and the gore. It is a HIT MAN story so enjoy it for what it is worth (FREE for now!)
