Tom's life has been a shadowy maze since his car accident eighteen months ago. Stripped of all memories before that fateful day, he's spent his time piecing together a fragile existence on the remote Welsh hill farm he inherited, where he's plagued by a recurring, chilling dream in which he murders someone. The dream is so vivid that it blurs the line between fantasy and reality, leaving him questioning if it’s merely his imagination—or a terrifying glimpse into a forgotten crime.
The stillness of his life is shattered when a woman shows up on his doorstep, claiming to be his fiancée. Her sudden appearance brings a wave of confusion; he has no recollection of her at all. Worse still, she has just been released from prison, and her past with him is as much a mystery as everything else in his life. She insists they had a life together before his accident, but her revelations are shadowed by a deep unease in Tom. If he can’t remember her, what else is he hiding from himself?
As if that werent enough, Tom is confronted with a shocking discovery: his parents were brutally murdered on the very farm where he now lives, and their deaths remain unsolved. That revelation stirs something dark in him, hinting that his dream may be a subconscious warning—a deadly clue that he may be more involved in their deaths than he can imagine.
Then a mysterious letter arrives from a family solicitor, revealing the existence of an empire—a vast business and a family he never knew about. As Tom delves deeper into this tangled web of forgotten memories, lost family, and strange alliances, unsettling fragments of his past begin to resurface. His nightmares intensify, and he starts to question whether the faceless victim in his dreams is connected to the secrets he's uncovering.
With each revelation, Tom teeters closer to a chilling truth: the shadowy figure in his dream might be real, and the past he thought he had forgotten might just be a buried horror waiting to resurface. The threat he’s tried to escape is no longer confined to his dreams—it’s now lurking in his waking world. And the more he unravels, the more he realizes that the greatest danger may not come from an outside force, but from the man he used to be.
