Starlight City

It is the year 2050. When Kari's mother brings home a weird old woman she finds wandering in the road, Kari is appalled. What could have possessed her mother to pick up a scruffy old Misfit - or even a Drifter? But Kari soon realizes there is more to Rachel than she first thought. There is something about her - her soft voice, her gentle aura, her love of music - which wins Kari over. So when the police arrive, looking for Rachel, and take her away for questioning, Kari decides she must to the City and look for her, not realizing that this is just the beginning of an adventure that will change her life...
