Angel Manchez always - and when she means always, she means from the womb - loved chocolate.

Her mother, who was one of the few women on earth to despise the stuff, actually craved it when she was pregnant with her.

Angel takes all the credit for that odd occurrence.

Following her heart and what she sensed was God's call on her life, Angel has taken that love and put it to good use in Christmas Tyme, Colorado. As owner and operator of the only gourmet chocolate shop in town, she has found her groove on Mistletoe Drive. The only downside, as far as she can tell, is the extra twenty pounds she's been carrying from trying all her creations.

When her faithful assistant, Merry, drops dead after digging into a box of truffles, Angel's groove has come to a screeching halt. On the brink of losing her business, her freedom, and the love of her town's folk, Angel has to find out who wanted Merry dead.
