When a local man is discovered buried beneath a rockfall at the base of the Lyme Regis cliffs, the police dismiss it as a tragic accident. Case closed. But after a woman’s body turns up, brutally murdered, it’s clear that something far darker is at play.
DCI Philip Radford doesn’t want to get involved. Still recovering from his last case in London, he’s in Lyme Regis to rest, not to investigate.
