Barba the Slaver

(1975)
(The first book in the Slaves of the Empire series)
A novel by

He had the finest slaves in all of Rome and his clients came from the most prestigious households. His stock was expensive, but he knew ways of breaking them to bondage that made them worth their price.

This time he had five high-born prisoners -- children of a British Chieftain -- to subdue. First he would sell one of the sisters to the most sought-after man in Rome. The other would be forced into degrading servitude, and the three brothers would each meet different fates. For one there would be a taste of the rack; for another the delights of freedom.

And for the last -- he would find himself bound by the lascivious passions of a noble woman who wanted a slave for her master!
