David Chan came to Kyoto to find a man who had vanished, and immediately found himself pitted against the YAKUSA, the notorious "Mafia of Japan." It seemed that there were any number of people interested in finding the enigmatic Tony Fallon, but no one seemed to know why. Where was he? Was he alive?
