The Secret of Shearwater

Zoe Carson's unknown Aunt Jessie leaves her a cottage in Cornwall and Zoe takes some holiday from her job as personal assistant to the managing director of an expanding business in London, to go and visit her inheritance. While staying in the cottage she makes friends with several of the local people, including the hot-tempered, Gregory Enodoc, and is extremely glad of their friendship when events take a sinister turn and the police become involved.
