Young wrangler Quince Simms is well pleased when he lands a job tending the sixty-horse remuda of Old Man Durham. But Quince falls for the rancher's daughter, Marie, and when his boyhood pal, the fast-shooting dude Lance Silverlight arrives on the scene, it's a recipe for disaster! Not only does the handsome Lance sweet-talk Marie into the hay, but he also heads for the border, taking the rancher's remuda with him.
