At Granada Court

Here is the 220 pg 1st Edition of the hardcover by Peggy Dern from Acadia House and copyrighted 1959. This book as set in Inland Florida features the Spanish style motel Granada Court, Karen Justin, daughter of the owners and a variety of guests whose problems inevitably become hers. The former library book has the usual evidence of ownership/retirement. It retains the unclipped mylar covered illustrated dust cover which has some corner/edge wear, light fade/sunning to the spine and a chip of the jacket at the bottom edge of the spine. The brown boards have only a bit of edge/corner wear/rub along the exposed edges, but otherwise the boards are straight and nice. Inside, there is some evidence of handling to the pages, yet they are overall clean, tear free and the binding is sound.
