Hold 'em Back!

By a ruse, Corsario, murderous leader of the Comanchero hordes of South Texas, had diverted the 8th Cavalry far north of its base. Left behind to fight off the raiders were three NCOs, six insubordinate troopers, the officers' wives and children, an old army scout and two Texas-born troubleshooters. Again and again the enemy attacked. Again and again the defenders fought back - fought on to the violent finish.
