A Fistful of Dollars
(1972)(The first book in the Man with No Name series)
A novel by Frank Chandler (Terry Harknett)
This book is well-worth the money. This is the ONLY BOOK in "The Man With No Name" series that was NOT written or distributed in THE UNITED STATES---It was written, printed and distributed in GREAT BRITAIN, ONLY! And I despaired of ever seeing it----until I decided to gamble on the possibility of AMAZON, maybe, offering it. A GAMBLE which paid-off! Once again, AMAZON has not let me down. If you remember the film----and I have virtually memorized every line---this book does NOT let you down. It even includes (perhaps via LITERARY-LICENSE ; perhaps from the original-script from which it was adapted) some scenes that WERE NOT IN THE FILM. TRUST ME: this book is truly a collectors-item in and of itself. Other books in this series were written by JOE MILLARD and BRIAN FOX and published here, as well as Great Britain. This book WAS NOT!
