Charlie de Luca

Charlie de Luca works in Higher Education but his first loves in horses and racing. His fathers was a permit holder and trained National Hunt horses. He managed to travel to every race course in England before the age of 10!  He lives in the country with some hens, sheep, dogs and loads of horses, including some retired race horses. He's the author of Rank Outsiders, The Gift Horse, Twelve in the Sixth and Making Allowances.
