Shirley Meier lives in Toronto, with her husband, oldest son, and their pets.
She has five hard-copy books published in The Fifth Millennium series, three with S.M. Stirling, one with S. M. Stirling and Karen Wehrstein, and a solo novel, Shadows Daughter.
Shes been working on a new Fifth Millennium novel using the BlogSpot on-line platform, called Eclipse Court. Shes also working on a Science Fiction novel using BlogSpot called Kyrus Talain. While Shirley tends to write fantasy more than hard science fiction, she loves writing both.
