Marsha Martinez Meets the Stars

Marsha Martinez lives with her father and step-mother. Most of the attention is taken up by their new baby, but Marsha also has to put up with her two step-sisters, Zadie and Rochelle, and her step-brother. Zadie's OK, but Rochelle hates Marsha, secretly jealous of her looks. Zadie enters Marsha's photo into a national contest to find 'The Face of the Year'. When Marsha unexpectedly wins through to the final, the heat is on. Enjoying the London sights with Zadie, Marsha is determined to take it easy. If she wins, she wins, but she won't spend much time looking in the mirror to achieve it. But Rochelle has come along too, uninvited, and is determined to steal as much of the limelight as possible ...and ruin Marsha's chances! Will the rumours stick and kill Marsha's career before it's begun? Or will the fairest win the prize?
