One Last Time

Visiting Galloway's flat in London, Inspector Merritt had an outrageous proposition to offer him: he was to go to America to steal paintings originally stolen from London's Bedford Art Gallery. Galloway could keep the huge amount of money involved, providing he could re-steal the paintings, out-smart the American police and the gangsters who had the paintings, get that money, and return to London. He accepts the challenge and manages to succeed - but not before some uncomfortably close calls.
