Leena had always thought of her beachside community as a safe and cozy place, but the appearance of a magically altered dog on the eve of its biggest annual event has her questioning that assumption. Things get worse when her witchy best friend becomes the victim of a theft, and they’re forced to put their heads together to figure out what’s gone wrong in their hometown.
