Capital City Crime: Cold Comfort

Terry Vech is a wunderkind. He's headed off to MIT with a full ride because he's a mechanical genius and wonderful inventor. In fact, in the eyes of his father, he's only got one flaw: he likes boys, whereas his father thinks he should like girls. His orientation means nothing to the Council of Evil, however. Sub-zero, their leader, got his cryo-armor shredded, and that's left him in a bad way. The Council decides that Terry's the man to put Sub-zero back together again. If Terry fails, his family will join him in the grave. But without the proper tools, working environment and having a psychopath supervising Terry's every move, what could possibly go wrong?
