Capital City Crime: Haunted City

Crime is changing in Capital City. Organized crime is becoming less so as odd villains and ambitious people seek to divide the wealth upon which the great metropolis is built. Legendary heroes like Puma and Colonel Constitution are joined by newer colleagues Nighthaunt, Graviton and Iron Otter in their attempt to stem the rising tide of crime, and return the city to previous years of grandeur and prosperity.
