Michael Sears is the author of Black Fridays, a thriller with a financial twist, released by Duckworth in the UK and by Putnam in the US. It has been nominated for five major awards in the US as Best Debut Novel. Sears was a Managing Director for two different Wall Street firms, where he worked in the bond market for twenty years and, earlier, in foreign exchange and derivatives.
