The Heart Club
(1987)(Book 41 in the Men at Work series)
A novel by Margaret St. George (Maggie Osborne)
Molly McPherson hated injustice
When Gran and the other members of the Heart Club discovered they'd been victimized by a patent-thief, Molly tried to help. But according the Mike Randall, a part-time inventor with a full-time interest in Molly, the club had no legal recourse. The situation looked bad, but it was about to get worse.
Molly and Mike began to spot the little ladies in suspicious acts all over town. The conclusion was obvious: the club had decided to take justice into its own hands. Molly and Mike's choice wasn't so obvious: should they stop the ladies or assist them in a bit of larceny?
Genre: Romance
