An artifact of love. Death by chocolate? It'll take more than an eternal romance to solve this case.
It's the season of love and Hocus Potions is beyond busy whipping up cherry chocolates and love potions.
Artifact witch Gardenia Crescent has been hired for an archeology job nearby, digging for the supposed tomb of the original witch and wizard couple. Within their crypt is said to contain a gift so romantic that no supernatural can resist it's charm.
Gardenia also wonders if it's something she could use on Warren, not that she would. But their romance is so hot and cold. He proposed but won't set a date. He seems perfectly content with the way things are.
Sadly, the artifact is more of a nuisance than a gift, and Gardenia regrets opening the crypt, especially when a Mystical Management officer is murdered. But was it the artifact or the cherry chocolates? Whatever happened, it took someone important and now Warren's job as Constable of Fable Wood is on the line.
If Gardenia doesn't follow the clues to discover what really happened, it's possible her romance with Warren will go from sweet to sour.
