Still trying to find his way in an apocalyptic world without Caydi, the young woman he loves, Ferris mopes around in a daze. He’s lost much of his energy and interest in keeping them safe from the constant threats surrounding them.
Norianna and Tayra, his two roommates, are worried about him. As Christmas approaches, they try to bring him some holiday cheer, hoping it will revive his spirits. Though Ferris responds to the idea of celebrating Christmas, he takes it a step further and decides to deliver a special gift to Caydi.
However, when he arrives at Caydi’s house, he discovers a fierce battle has taken place. Caydi and her family have vanished, leaving no hint of where they may have gone. Afraid for her safety, Ferris begins a search that leads him into danger and eventually to the encampment of a gang. He is forced to flee for his life.
Now, with the gang closing in and time running out for Caydi, Ferris must find a way to save them all before the gang takes them all prisoner and makes them slaves.
