He didn't need to see his optic to know how bored he was. Not that he showed it. This was important to the humans and was respected. World politics wasn't something that Cyborgs involved themselves in. A world governed itself. But attending once a month to update the humans on Cyborg movements and security was a requirement and just doable. He'd rather be charging across a battlefield sword in hand battling some foe for his life than sit around that table listening to the debates. But, as lead Commander on this world for the next three years he had an obligation to attend.
An obligation the Empire took seriously.

Sitting through item after item he gave his report and waited for the final element of ‘Any Other Business’. Nothing raised he was happy to pack it up until a shout came from the peanut gallery. A female raging at the council as to why her complaints were not being heard. Others with her, rioting, human security moving in her scent filtered down to him. Fights breaking out.
Breathing in he had no trouble singling her out as that security started to manhandle them. The council unable to regain control he stood. He would not stand by and watch them touch her. Silence started to descend; frightened human faces looked down at him then it kicked off again. The female seeing him took a step back, her fear filtering into the air.
It wasn't her fear he wanted.....

"You will bring your complaint to me!" He roared silence creeping in. "And I will deal with it!"

Damn... She hadn't meant to involve the Empire.
Stacked with muscle on muscle under that waistcoat her mouth watered. He was beautiful and sure when he wanted to be, quite deadly. Not that they were a problem on her world, they offered their protection. There were plenty of women on her world that wished they offered a lot more than that.
Taking several steps back she moved away from the gallery rail and his view of her. Feeling a little embarrassed he'd singled her out and at her behaviour, but she had a genuine complaint. One that should have been listed for the council meeting several months ago but continued to be held back for no reason.
Taking them to task publicly seemed the only option left.
People were going hungry because of the delay. Angering her and others that they refused to have her item heard. The question was why not?! She’d had enough! People needed help!

Catching a glimpse of the Cyborg moving towards the exit on the floor below her she headed for the exit on the gallery and found it blocked. Two Cyborgs were now standing there.
Shit…..
"The Commander wishes to see you. This way...." Holding his arm out towards the exit she wanted so badly now blocked by two man mountains. She swollowed.

Oh hell.... What had her mouth got her into now....
